Your appointment is very important to us and your time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change and adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
Any appointment will require a credit card to hold said appointment. Less than 24 hours notices will result in a full charge of the reserved service amount.
As a courtesy to our clients, we will confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance via email and text.
Street parking is readily available. You may also park behind the Treats for the Face building.
